DESCRIPTION
“A” represents the Antinori family's bet in the production of a rosé wine of absolute quality, made with the care and passion that arise from the love for a territory rich in charm and history and from an ancient and traditional variety. The strong character of Aleatico, an aromatic grape, grown on soils of volcanic origin, gives life to a fascinating, delicate and extraordinarily elegant wine. expression.
ALDOBRANDESCA FARM, Scansanaccio Sovana (GR).
The grapes come from vineyards selected and managed exclusively for the production of "A". After the manual harvest, carried out in several stages, the grapes arrived in the cellar were de-stemmed and softly pressed. The must with its skins was left to macerate at low temperatures for about 4-6 hours. This short cold maceration has favored the extraction of color and more delicate aromatic substances, thus obtaining a fresh must, without astringent notes and with a strong aromatic connotation. The must was transferred to small stainless steel tanks and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.
After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged on its own yeasts until bottling.
At sight it has a bright pale pink color. On the nose the delicate floral notes of rose fade, leaving room for the most fragrant aromas of small red fruits. On the palate it is elegant, its flavor blends harmoniously with the fruity notes giving it an excellent persistence.

It does not require decanting
It can be left to rest in the cellar for 4-5 years if kept correctly.
Ideal to accompany an aperitif, it is excellent to be married with sushi.
