TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals hints of yellow flowers such as broom and white fruit. In the mouth it is juicy and structured, with a long and intense finish.

A Vermentino vinified in purity, characterized by the very particular choice of the innovative closure system: in glass. A system where even the gesture of opening (without corkscrew) takes on a different rituality. This detail also reflects the refined simplicity that is found in every choice of the Olbios Estates. Quantities are however, and by choice, limited, in order to have the maximum qualitative yield.

Olbia
Soft vacuum pressing of the grapes, the must is cooled and clarified by cold decantation. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in steel
The wine ages in steel for 8 months. Further refinement in the bottle follows.
