DESCRIPTION
The Ribolla Gialla grape, with its high acidity, lends itself well to being sparkling, giving life to a dry, structured and elegant wine.
Cividale del Friuli (UD)
A soft pressing with pneumatic presses, after manual selection of the bunches, is followed by the static decantation of the must and the subsequent fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks (18 ° C).
The refinement and the rest on the noble lees take place in steel for a period that varies from three to four months depending on the characteristics of the harvest.
Extremely clean nose, with notes of citrus and green apple. On the palate it is fresh, complex and mineral, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aftertaste is of good length and breadth.
