DESCRIPTION
A decidedly satisfying wine in every respect, fine and elegant. Fantastic right away and able to evolve and improve again and again.

Stainless steel tanks, bottle aging
Pale straw yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses hints of fresh almond that give way to citrus and dried fruit notes. Notes of smoked and toasted follow. In the mouth it is thick and creamy. The persistence is intense and surprising.

It goes perfectly with second courses rich in aromas, but also excellent as an aperitif.
