Fermentation takes place with the assembly of the three vineyards, they are matured in oak barrels.

3 years of aging in the cellar plus 6 months in the bottle after disgorgement.

Straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose aromas of fresh fruit, citrus fruits, and notes of bread crust. In the fresh mouth, we find citrus fruits together with white flowers and hints of peppermint. Rich and persistent finish.
