Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, selection of the best cuvées and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method
120 months on the lees.
Straw yellow color with very thin and persistent perlage. On the nose, citrus notes stand out, fading into floral notes and those reminiscent of pastry. In the mouth it is velvety, soft and creamy, almost chewable. In the finish it is long and lasting.

HOW TO SERVE

It does not require decanting
Ready to drink wine, but it can be left to rest in the cellar for over 5 years.
Perfect with hot and cold fish starters, but also with both meat and fish stewed main courses.
