Brilliant yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose a large aromatic bouquet with citrus notes, aromas of dried fruit where almond stands out, which with its sweetness recalls the notes of pastry. In the mouth it is elegant and full and thanks to the limestone soil, very mineral. We find a long and fresh finish.
