Pink color with light salmon shades, fine and persistent perlage. Delicate and fruity nose, first floral notes of rose, then the fruity ones of wild strawberries. In the mouth it is harmonious and fresh, balanced. We find the red and black fruit and a particular silky sensation typical of this cuvée.

8-10 ° C
It does not require decanting
Ready to drink wine, but it can be left to rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
Perfect with tender fish such as salmon or shellfish such as lobster but also with Beluga caviar. Also excellent with the combination with berries.
