DESCRIPTION
One of the most extraordinary grape varieties of Alsace that combines a full-bodied fruitiness with a generous character that with a touch of smoked goes well with the pleasures of the table.
Ribeauvillé
Ferments in steel and cement at a controlled temperature.
Several years in the cellar before being put on the market.
Golden yellow color. Fruity of peach and ripe pear on the nose. In the mouth it is full-bodied and persistent, with hints of tropical fruit and hazelnut.

It does not require decanting.
It can be left to rest in the cellar for 2-3 years
