DESCRIPTION

One of the most identifying grape varieties of Alsace. Les Princes Abbés comes from pure Gewurztraminer grapes, rigorously harvested by hand, only when they reach perfect ripeness.
Alsace
Hand-picked and cold-pressed grapes. Fermentation takes place on the lees for 6-8 months.
