DESCRIPTION

This Chablis is originally used in purity, a great vine that of Chardonnay, fragrant and floral. A bottle that is therefore the final result of the vine but also of the territory, and thanks to this that despite being a ready wine it can face further refinement.
Chablis
In winemaking the force of gravity is used to avoid the force of pumping, which is harmful to the final product. The must undergoes a light static decantation and the alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel containers at a controlled temperature.

Straw yellow color. The nose is teased by fruit and spices but also notes of lime and menthol. On the palate it is fresh and savory. Very persistent.
