Beautiful vineyard in some of the best terroirs for Chardonnay in the Côte de Beaune. South-east facing slope overlooking the village of Puligny-Montrachet.
Hand-picked grapes, 100% malolactic fermentation
Alcoholic fermentation and aging took place entirely in oak barrels. Duration of barrel aging: 19 months
COLOR: Bright golden green with shimmering golden yellow reflections. BOUQUET: Notes of yellow fruit (mirabelle plum) mixed with sweet spices and delicate vanilla. TASTE: Soft, tender and warm, lightly toasted. Precise, fine and persistent finish with a nice salivating flavor.
