Chablis Les Duex Rives 2018 - Olivier Leflaive

Leflaive security in Burgundy, excellent quality wine, produced with XNUMX% Chardonnay grapes. It remains in the glass an intense straw yellow and gives the nose hints of citrus, apple and bitter almond with a bouquet of white flowers and light mineral notes.

CELLAR

The Leflaive family has always had a few hectares of vines in Burgundy, in addition to their own farm. Immediately after World War I, Olivier's grandfather, Joseph Leflaive, was faced with the bankruptcy of his steel mill in Saint-Etienne.

His investments in Burgundy were all he had left and he decided to expand his wine estate. It has become a family-run operation covering approximately 35 hectares. His son, Joseph Régis, was decided to take over the reins in 1953.
