DESCRIPTION
Just as the work of art requires man to be humble in the face of knowledge, the creation of a cuvée also requires us to listen to the complexity of nature and then compose it into a single work. Thus was born Bellavista Vittorio Moretti, for which we are looking for harvests that confirm the character and style of a large reserve.
BELLAVISTA HILL Erbusco, BRESCIA
First fermentation in steel and wooden barrels. Refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method
More than 30% of the wines that make up this Gran Cuvée ferments and ages for more than 7 months in small oak barrels and contributes, in addition to the remaining selections, to making the total balance perfect. It is raised in the Bellavista cellars for a minimum of 7 years starting from the harvest.
COLOR: deep yellow, with abundant youthful reflections. PERLAGE: extremely fine, with very pronounced pearl chains. BOUQUET: ample, complex and inviting of sweet white fruit, with a hint of boiled chestnut and bay leaf, of jam and candied citrus, elderflower and wildflower honey. The progressive verticality highlights the singularity of the character. TASTE: perfectly corresponding to the nose, excellent in thickness, almost chewable, deep and long up to 4/4. Remarkable persistence, volume and crunchiness, complexity and freshness. A sweet and manifest acidity heralds its ability to live long. Very elegant.

CELLAR
It was born in Franciacorta in 1977 by the will of the entrepreneur Victor Moretti who decided in that year to transform a small wine business founded on a few hectares owned by the family into a company.
They are located on the Bellavista hill, so named for the splendid position that, from a single point, embraces Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley up to the Alps. With foresight, Vittorio Moretti pays particular attention to the purchase of new vineyards up to the current 203 hectares of vineyards, included in the area of vocation of the "Franciacorta".
