DESCRIPTION

It is made in the Chapoutier cellar inside the Domaine de Bila-Haut. The grapes grow in a calcareous and clayey soil.
Northern Rhône.
Manual grape harvest, vinification is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
The wine ages in steel tanks where it ferments before being bottled to maintain its freshness and minerality.
Straw yellow color with some greenish reflections. On the nose there are floral aromas with citrus tones and slightly smoky notes. In the mouth it is aromatic, round, with good acidity. It closes in a pleasant flavor.
