DESCRIPTION
This cuvée is produced only in the best vintages, when the quality allows it. The quintessence of the Taittinger style in an elegant and balanced Champagne.
White Coast
First fermentation in steel and 5% in barrique, second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method
10 years on the lees
Pale straw yellow color with fine and quite persistent perlage. Ripe notes on the nose that leave room for ripe fruit and pastries, together with dried fruit. In the mouth it is rich and the fruit notes fill the taste buds leaving a long finish with hints of spice.
HOW TO SERVE
8-10 ° C
No decanting
Wine ready to drink immediately, but can be left to rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
Perfect with fish dishes, appetizers and main courses, also excellent with seafood. To drink on special occasions.
