DESCRIPTION
Georges Hermann Mumm is the producer of this amazing champagne, the first bottle of Cordon Rouge was produced way back in 1876. He had the idea to adorn all his brut cuvée bottles with a red silk ribbon in honor of the French Legion of High Honor.

The grapes are pressed separately, joining the musts and single fermentation. Refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method
At least 72 months on the lees
Brilliant straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens on floral notes, white flowers, then citrus notes, dried fruit, brioche and bread crust. Round and intense in the mouth with savory and pleasantly fresh notes. End.
