DESCRIPTION
Complex and elegant wine, the best white wine in the world, the rarest and the most expensive, the most sought after by all collectors. This extraordinary wine made with Chardonnay grapes and aged in wood, is bottled in no more than 2000 bottles.
Cote de Beaune.
The vineyards are managed by organic farming, the interventions in the cellar are reduced to a minimum to ensure that a completely natural vinification is obtained. Fermentation takes place at relatively low temperatures.
Refinement takes place in 100% new barriques to enhance the quality of the grapes.
Light golden yellow color. The nose is floral, of narcissus. In the mouth it is full and enveloping with smoky hints, pure wine flavor.
HOW TO SERVE
12-14 ° C
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it has an aging of over 30 years.
