Sauternes 1er Cru Classé 2004 - Chateau Guiraud

Premier Cru classé since 1855, this Sauterne is produced with grapes from an 85-hectare vineyard planted on sandy soils for 80% of the surface and clayey soils for the remainder. The Sauvignon and Semillon that compose it, two thirds the first and one third the second, find an ideal substratum in this area and are optimally highlighted in this historic wine.
