DESCRIPTION

One of the most identifying grape varieties of Alsace. Les Princes Abbés comes from pure Gewurztraminer grapes, rigorously harvested by hand, only when they reach perfect ripeness.
Alsace
Hand-picked grapes. The vinification and fermentation take place in steel at a controlled temperature.
The maturation takes place on the noble lees for 6-8 months.
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Notes of butter and exotic fruit on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, lively, supported by good acidity.
