Ulysse Collin
La Collin family has a long viticultural tradition behind it, it is in fact even from the early 1700s that the Collins are owners of vineyards scattered throughout the territory of Congy. Despite this, they have never been passionate about viticulture, so much so that the owned vineyards have always been rented to various vignerons and maison in the area. The story changes when the current owner and founder of the company is born Ulysse Collin winery: Oliver Collin. Oliver immediately proves to be passionate about the wine world and thus dedicates himself body and soul to the study of producing champagne.
Oliver Collin is one of the students of Anselme Selosse, from which he learned all the secrets and with which he worked for many years before venturing into his own champagne production. In fact, in 2003 he took care of the management of the family vineyards, about 5 hectares, but luck was not on his side: in that year all the vineyards were the target of a frost that left no way out.
Despite the misfortune and difficulties, Oliver Collin decides not to give up and continues undaunted, even expanding his territory thanks to the acquisition in 2005 of other family vineyards. His achievements are now well known to all: the Ulysse Collin bubbles they went around the world and garnered the approval of most critics.
