Fertuna estate
La Fertuna estate was born in Gavorrano in the province of Grosseto, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, in 1997. Despite being a fairly recent winery, Tenuta Fertuna has years and years of experience behind it: the Fertuna project was in fact carried out by great experts in the sector wine producers who have been growing grapes and producing wine for several generations.
The estate has very ancient origins, it was built in the early 1900s; subsequently it has adapted to different companies up to the current one that deals with viticulture but also with olive trees and cereals.
Some 145 hectares owned by the Fertuna company, 50 of these are dedicated exclusively to the cultivation of grapes. The native vines, demonstrating the real attachment to the Tuscan territory.
The winery is located right in the center of the estate and is equipped with the most modern technologies, in order to guarantee products of the highest quality. All production, from harvest to vinification, is carried out following strict standards but above all respecting nature as much as possible: Tenuta Fertuna is actively committed to having the minimum environmental impact putting in place all possible precautions to ensure the stability of the ecosystem.
