David Leclapart
La Léclepart family he has always cultivated vines and produced wine and champagne, but it is on the death of the head of the family that David Léclapart decides to return to his town of origin, namely Trépail. David had never dedicated himself to the family business before, but he has every intention of learning how to manage the vines and get the best out of them: he begins studying at the school of agrobiology located in Beaujeu.
David upsets his mother Lucette and the rest of the country when he says he has made an important decision: the family vines will all be completely converted to biodynamics. In the 90's, biodynamic agriculture, is still regarded as something doomed to fail, but David does not lose hope and continues on his way to a 'organic and eco-sustainable agriculture.
