Shipping costs in Italy
Shipments made to the Italian territory * are free for orders over a total value of € 69.90
Below this value, they are fixed to the extent of € 9.90, regardless of the number of bottles purchased.
If you want to buy a greater number of bottles than what is foreseen by the sales settings, please contact Customer Service.
The aforementioned conditions apply only to orders placed at our online shop.
During the holiday periods of greater load for couriers, deliveries may have longer delivery times than indicated.
EEC and Extra EEC shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the items chosen. Please check all the details in the table on this page.
INSURED SHIPPING. In any case, to protect you as much as possible, shipments are always insured for cases of breakage, theft or loss.
Extra-EU shipments: Any customs duties and taxes outside the EU are at customer's charge.
Should the ordered goods be delivered outside of Italy, the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be borne by the recipient. We are not in control of these costs and cannot predict their amount.
Customs policies vary considerably from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that when placing an order on the site, the buyer is considered as an importer and consequently required to comply with all the laws and regulations of the country of receipt of the goods.
The privacy of our customers is important. However, it is envisaged that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection of the products by customs authorities.
Conditions:
- The type of shipment, the shipping route and the carrier are defined at our discretion, The customer can decide to give a mandate to a different courier to collect the goods on behalf of the customer himself
- All delivery times are indicative and are not binding. THE delivery delays are promptly communicated to the customer by e-mail. Should the ordered item no longer be available, the amounts already paid in advance will be returned without delay.
- 3. Delivery: the customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification the Customer will have to accept the delivery, after which he will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered to him in relation to the order placed. In this case, however, any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier. In the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.
Important: In case you have to receive a damaged or tampered package or partial delivery, highlight this anomaly by writing on the delivery document that will make the courier sign the word "RESERVE“, Later describing the anomaly identified (eg damaged package, wet package, non-original packaging or adhesive tape). Then notify the customer service of the email [email protected], attaching photos of the damage, of the non-original packaging, etc.
In the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.
DELIVERY TIME
- Delivery times may vary in the presence of COVID 19 phenomena on the distribution networks of couriers.
- Delivery times may vary due to force majeure and in this case, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, trade union unrest, atmospheric events.
Force majeure
Crimax Srl assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, the execution of the sales agreement within the agreed time. Our company will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the failure to execute the sales agreement for the reasons mentioned above.
Gifts
We remind you that it is always possible to indicate on the order form a shipping address other than the billing address.
For example, in the case of gifts to other people, it will also be necessary to indicate the address and telephone number of the recipient. In this case the invoice will obviously be delivered to the person who placed the order and the payment.

1. In contracts that place the professional on the obligation to ship the goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, physically enters into possession of the goods.
2. However, the risk already passes to the consumer at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier if the latter has been chosen by the consumer and this choice has not been proposed by the professional, without prejudice to the consumer's rights towards the carrier.
