DESCRIPTION
The only red to drink cold. Tradition and modernity in a unique bottle. The name of the wine, unique of its kind as a red "to drink cold", is closely linked to the territory where it is born, Salento, called in antiquity "The garden of Italy" for richness and variety of its fruits. In fact, this wine owes its name to one of the most delicious fruits that are born in this area: the fig in the variety that is characterized by its purplish red color so intense as to be close to black ("moro" in dialect).

Fichimori has a ruby red color with a slight purplish hue. On the nose, fragrant aromas of cherry and pomegranate combine with delicate floral notes of dog rose. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, soft and with a fruity aftertaste.
