Jacques Selosse Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs VO Extra Brut - Jacques Selosse

Champagne that comes from Chardonnay grapes, with an intense straw yellow color with a fine perlage; aromas of ripe fruit with yellow pulp invade the nose accompanied by hints of citrus, yeast and a slightly mineral note.

Spontaneous fermentation in barrique with the addition of minimal sulfur, and second refermentation in the bottle.
