DESCRIPTION
The peculiarity of Burgundy is to produce on very desertified terroirs, from unique vines that highlight the specificity of each appellation. Their terroir refers to the characteristics of the soils, subsoils and climatic conditions, and of the vines, together with the knowledge that man has refined over the course of its history.

Manual harvest, selection and destemming. Alcoholic fermentation in open vats.
13 months in oak barrels.
Brilliant ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of black currant and blackberry, slightly spiced with tones of coffee. In the mouth it is perfectly balanced, round, powerful and harmonious.
HOW TO SERVE
15-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it is aged for 10 years.
Porcini mushrooms, truffles, and stir-fried foie gras.
