Dom Perignon
Il Dom Pérignon it is much more than just champagne. Its refined perlage, creamy structure, toasted notes and majestic sip have made this wine a true legend, an emblem of charm and elegance. This is why it is perhaps the most loved champagne in the world.
Dom Pérignon belongs to the LVMH group. It was created by Moët&Chandon in 1921, although it did not go on sale until fifteen years later, in 1936.
Dom Pérignon is produced only as a vintage and only the best grapes are selected for its creation. Each vintage, called “vintage”, is unique and reinterprets the exclusive character of the seasons. Dom Pérignon always reinvents itself, also taking the risk of not declaring the vintage.
The Dom Pérignon vintage wines are produced only with the best grapes of the estate. Each of them is a unique creation, with a unique style and identity. This vision is reflected in the subtle balance that characterizes the Maison's champagne: an alliance of complexity and intensity. The slow evolution gives the Dom Pérignon vintage wines an incredible aging potential, which is expressed in no less than three plénitudes, or moments of maturation.
